The King's Junior School from Gloucester were crowned School Games County High 5 Champions at Bentham Country Club. Each of the five district winners came together to compete in the final in a round robin format. The King's Junior School won three games and drew their fourth to be crowed champions.

Natalie Coates, games teacher at The King's Junior School, said: "They truly deserve to be crowned champions and I hope they continue to enjoy playing netball in the future." Rachel Bussey, Gloucestershire's netball development officer, said: "It was fantastic to see young players, both girls and boys, enjoying competitive netball. All the teams played with skill and great enthusiasm and yet were courteous and respectful to each other. "They were a delight to watch and The King's Junior School were worthy winners".

The schools taking part were: The Rosary Catholic Primary School (Stroud), Woodmancote Primary School (Cheltenham), Powell's C of E (Cotswold), King's Junior School (Gloucester), Tibberton Community Primary School (Forest).
